About Me

I got my first camera when I was 11 years old from a thrift shop. I payed but a single dollar for a Fujica ST-605 with a 50mm F1.7 lens. I've long since lost the lens (If I recall correctly, the focusing ring was made of plastic and it crumbled on me) but the camera is still in my hands and works as good as new.
I've come a long way in those 13 years. I currently specialize in black and white film photography and operate my own darkroom. The one thing that has remained constant in all of that time is the fact that I will shoot just about anything. My choice of subject matter is whatever grabs my eye at that very moment.
I'm a dedicated Olympus user, although I'll admit to cheating a fair bit.
The main gear I use is as follow:
- Olympus OMD-EM1 with the Olympus M.Zuiko 17mm F1.8
- Olympus OM-1n with the Olympus H-Zuiko AUTO-W 35mm F2.0
- WardFlex TLR with a Triplet 80mm F3.5
- Koni-Omega Rapid M with a variety of lenses
- Graflex Super Graphics with a range of lenses
I own and use quite a bit more, but these are the setups you will see me with 9 times out of ten.
Remember, it's the not the gear that makes the photographer, but their eye.
